Cascading Carlos is normally located outside on the main patio next to the food tent. The outdoor entrance for live harness racing is on the south side of the casino. You don't have to go inside the casino to get to the live harness track. Free to attend the Live harness racing outside. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER THE CASINO Starting 5/25 thru 9/3 Sundays 6:30pm He will not be present June 29th, July 6th & 27th & Every Wednesday 6:30pm Call if raining, he might be under food tent.
